As we approach our opening date, we are quickly starting to see years of planning come together. The exterior and interior spaces are transforming into the renderings and floor plans that we have been studying for months. In a matter of weeks, we will start to see many of the interior design details unfold as DAS, our architect and interior designer arrives on site to start placing the FF&E (furniture, fixtures and equipment) items.
The first floor of the Inn is a stunning gathering place for guests and locals offering a relaxed yet lively atmosphere. Guests will be welcomed into the hotel through two sets of double doors leading into an expansive lobby featuring stamped concrete floors and two custom oversized wrought iron chandeliers. A large area rug with a warm color palette of deep oranges, browns and soft blues will be placed under a round settee that will become the focal point of this exquisite space. The large front desk is set to the right and sits in front of a floor to ceiling rustic stone wall. Small furniture groupings will be scattered throughout with additional seating offered in the lounge just off the lobby leading out to The Inn's expansive gardens.
Two custom sliding barn doors separate the lobby from The Market, a gourmet grocery and grab-and-go cafe featuring a daily farm style breakfast and lunch menu offering seasonal cuisine based on simple, locally sourced ingredients (more to come on The Market).
Just off the lobby, a sophisticated boardroom is available for our corporate and local guests featuring a custom built wood table, plush leather executive chairs, custom cabinetry, fireplace with stone hearth and frosted glass French doors that offer privacy. State-of-the-art technology is available thru out the Inn and the Boardroom accommodates presentations along with video and voice conferencing. The boardroom can accommodate up to 24 guests.
A bright and airy fitness center is available for hotel and spa guests featuring treadmills, cross trainers, stationary bikes, weight machine and free weights. The fitness center overlooks the Inn’s gardens.
We look forward to sharing more interior inspiration over the next couple of weeks.
