The Inn
Inspired by the beauty of its surroundings, The Inn's newly renovated guest rooms blend timeless coastal charm with elevated comfort, serving as the heart of the property. The Inn features luxurious guest rooms and suites offering westward views out to the Chesapeake Bay and eastward views of The Inn property and gardens.
The Barn
Set just across the courtyard from The Inn, The Barn is a farmhouse-inspired retreat that features 18 guest rooms, designed by Restoration Hardware, overlooking four acres of gardens, courtyards, fire pits, and inviting outdoor spaces.
The Cottages
Tucked behind The Barn, this private oasis features five luxurious 830-square foot studio-style cottages with exquisite design and Restoration Hardware furnishings, each with an open floor plan that creates a peaceful retreat, each with a front porch and rocking chairs.
Wilson's Cove
Set along the Hinckley Bay Bridge Marina, Wilson’s Cove is the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club’s newest waterfront retreat, where 32 coastal-inspired guest rooms each feature a private balcony overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. Guests gather beside the pool or across the expansive lawn with firepits, lawn games, and relaxed seating, while the fourth-floor rooftop lounge, Vue, is known for curated cocktails and unforgettable sunsets.

Only select rooms are offered on travel websites, while booking directly provides access to our full inventory and greater ease in customizing your stay to include room upgrades and package enhancements.

Valid credit card must be presented and will be authorized at check in.
Resort Fee
A daily resort fee of $14 plus tax will apply to all room nights from January 1st through March 31st. A daily resort fee of $24 plus tax will apply to all room nights from April 1st through December 31st.
Required Age
Must be 21 years or older to book a guest room at The Inn at the Chesapeake Bay Beach Club.
Cancellations
If you are unable to stay with us, please cancel your reservation at least 72 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival are subject to a cancellation charge (one night's room rate, plus tax). Pricing and policies are subject to change.
Hotel stays that are a part of a group room contract (corporate or wedding) may be subject to different cancellation policies.
Pet Policy
We are committed to providing the very best service and experience for our guests during their stay. For the safety and comfort of everyone, we only accept dogs recognized as service animals in guest rooms and public spaces. Unfortunately, we do not allow any animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support as these pets do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
